First Floor
On the first floor, accessed by a circular staircase, are 3 characterful bedrooms with lovely polished wood floors and beamed ceilings.

Bedroom 1 (the green bedroom) has a double bed, hand painted bedside tables and traditional wooden wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bedroom 2 (blue bedroom) has 2 single beds, chest of drawers and a large hanging space with shelf above.

Bedroom 3 (pink bedroom) has 2 single beds, chest of drawers and small hanging rail.

A hairdryer is provided for guests use and bathrobes are available on request.

The newly fitted shower room features a large shower enclosure, toilet and washbasin with mirror above. There is also an heated towel rail. Adjacent is an additional toilet and washbasin.

Ground Floor
The ground floor is a large, sociable open plan space – as you enter the front door, there is a kitchen diner to the left and large sitting area to the right.

The kitchen has grey shaker style units with a beautiful handcrafted solid wood worktop. It is very well equipped for all your self catering requirements. There is a standard sized dishwasher, vitroceramic hob and oven, microwave and large fridge freezer.  In addition there is an electric kettle, coffee machine and toaster. In the dining area there is a large farmhouse table which seats 6 – 8 people.

The main feature in the sitting area is the magnificent stone fireplace with lovely log burner – ideal for the colder months. An initial basket of logs is provided and an additional supply is available for a small charge. There are 3 comfy sofas and occasional tables as well as a 32 inch TV and internet radio.
